hloo mam mere 2 bache hai beti 4.6years ki hai aur beta 13 mnth ka hai mnu phla to hi period problem hai period irregular hai 2 delivery hi normal hai period irregular ki wajah se mera weight bhi km nhi ho raha aur haifall bhi bhut jyada hi raha hai plzz koi solution batayia
