i still have irregular period after the delivery..my baby is 2 year old now.. wha is the reason for the irregular period

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. mainly after delivery stress is the basic thing for irregular periods so you should do meditation and yoga which are the best treatment to regularise your periods instead of taking medications to regularise

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. This could be hormonal imbalance which is why I would recommend you to kindly check with your gynaecologist she will be able to help me with right medication that you can go ahead with which would be helpful for you to have a regular period cycle
