इसलिए, कृपया छोटी और बार-बार फ़ीड दें।
या हाथ या breast पंप के माध्यम से दूध निकालने की कोशिश करें।
दर्द से राहत पाने के लिए गर्म सेक का प्रयास करें या गर्म स्नान/गर्म पानी से स्नान करें।
ढीले ढाले सूती कपड़े पहनें।
अपने शरीर को अच्छी तरह से हाइड्रेट रखें।
