my baby is 10 months usko constipation ho gya h bhut hard potty aati h fer roti bhut h na kuch khati h medicine dete h thk ho hata h constipation lkin fer hi jata h plzzz help

A. It’s because of constipation also that your child is not eating and sometimes due to having improper diet or not eating properly this kind of situation can be seen so please give lots and lots of clothes and fibres to the child which is what is going to be helpful and better digestion and motion of the child
