Hlo my baby is 26 days old… and he is having loose motion right after3 days of delivery and its going on till now how it can be cured and he is farting again and again and with fart he is dropping yellow coloured water…. How to cure it

A. it's pretty common in newborn baby.. first of all look what u eat. don't worry if she is passing urine frequently, taking feed properly and active.No medication will help & is not needed also.
