hlo mommies, mera beta 3 months ka hai ... uske dono side ear k niche white spots ho gye hai ... waise hi same back side neck pr ho gye hai.... ye kyu ho rhe hai... or thk krne k liye kya krna chahiye .... pls guide

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evafluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is veryv important and maintain a good hygiene .
