ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething and meanwhile gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
