hlo maam.. maam main 9th month pregnant hu. mene by mistake calcium nd vitamin d3 tab ko din me 2 bar kha liya. ek dipehar 12 bje ek rat ke 10 bje. kya koi tension ki bat to nhi. plz reply..

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Dhun worry this is just a basic supplement that you have taken it is not going to win a negative way just avoid taking it tomorrow and then you can take it again day after at least maintain a minimum gap of 24 hours now
