mam,first ,for gestational diabetes ,you should follow your doctor's advice as he or she knows well about your health.
second ,for itching problem ,you can apply pure aloe vera gel or take oat meal bath .
you can also take bath with warm water and neem leaves.
all these remedies will definitely help to soothe the itching.
and please wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep your self hydrated.
