Hlo Experts My Son is 13 months old i found some problem in his testicles the left side part is larger than right side and he is always rubbing it with hand How to treat this ?

A. Most of the time, a boy's testicles descend by the time he is 9 months old. Undescended testicles are common in infants who are born early.
