Author of questionMom of 3 children2 years agoA. hlo mam,mai apni beti ko bf,lunch dinner sb deti hu luch dinner mai ghr ka bna khana srf bf mai woh so rahi hoti hai toh mai usko bottle through milkshake or oats,suji makhane ki kheer de deti hu daily usko 2/3 fruit deti hu even kbi 4 fruit b de deti hu din mai apni trf se healthy diet hi deti hu coconut water chicken egg ab deti hu bt yeh smj nhi ata ki kitne kitne der baad du mai 3/4 hour baad kuch khane ko du woh fr b nhi khati fr 5/6 hour baad b du woh b nhi khna chahti asa kyu mujko kitne tym ka gap deni chaiye ek meal baad jo mere beti dusara meal khushi se khaye mujko yhi smj nhi aa raha ki mai khane mai gap kam deti hu isliye woh nhi khati ya fr usko bukh km lgti hai

You should give proper breakfast lunch and dinner whatever is being made at home for breakfast sometimes you can get smoothies and milkshakes also with dry fruits that’s healthy so that’s what you need to give whatever regular food has been made at your home is the right food to be given to the child as well
