hlo dctr my question Is can I eat apple because I feed my breast milk to my son. he is 3months old.plz tell me I can eat apple in winter season. some people btold me don't eat apple ur bby boy get cough nd cold?

You Can eat all the food that you are willing to eat there is no restriction on any kind of food always you have to remember in general course of life also whatever fruit you are willing to eat should be only on room temperature is not going to affect you or child in any manner
