hiiii mam.my baby girl is 3years but she's weight is only 11kgs mam but she's eat everything mam but not at all aweughtgaining and no height please..give me suggestion

It “Sometimes with you to deficiency in the body so it would be better for you as of now if you need to consult your doctor and start to l some supplements It will help in meeting the deficiencies in the body and definitely it will increase the appetite and hunger of the child as well and their child will be start gaining weight after that
