Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed.
Follow three day rule.
Give Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana)
