Hiii.... My baby is going to complete 6 months now, which Cerelac is best to use for baby, how to use it how many times per day, and let me know which brand of Cerelac to use for baby.. i am tensed how to start solids

Okay so you can start with Nestlé that is supposed to be a very good brand and I would suggest you to stick to home-made fresh food why do you want to start with packaged food and why do you have to give it I know you may be having lots of doubts in the mind but it’s very simple you should start with the basic water consistency of the rice water slowly you can give fruits and vegetables by blending them well so there’s no lump in the food then you can give varieties of food made out of ragi oats Suji as well and good amount of water to start
