hiii my baby is 6 month old... her eyes is little swelling and water is cmg frm eyes frm 2days??? can u please help me out wat to do with this issue???

as swelling is there ,I advise to visit your pediatrician.
please don't try any homemade remedies.
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water.
