hiii mera c section hoke 9 month ho gaya hai par fir bhi mere tako me bahut jada dard rahta hai iske liye kya kar karna chaiye

If you are having pain in recent days then observe might be due to menstruation(periods) or any heavy works, weight lifting .,, using stairs... If so then take more rest avoid heavy works, apply coconut oil on tummy. If you are having very sharp pain very frequently ,pain while touching stitches,any pus formation then consult gynaecologist for physical examination...
