hiii I had my C-section on 12th this month. my baby girl is 13days old. I wanted to ask is it mandatory to take 3months bed rest after C-section delivery?? as my doc suggested me for the same but my in laws won't allow me to stay at mom's place for 3months straight. so can you please let me know is it mandatory or necessary to take bed rest for 3months. will there be any complications or issue in future if not taken rest??
