Princy Ruben MathewMom of a 1 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. You should drink more water atleast 2-3ltr. Also, try to include ajwain, jeera and sauf water. You can add these 3 ingredients in water and boil it then strain and drink it throughout the day.
