A. my baby is preterm baby, born in 28 weeks .. due to breathing problem he was admitted in hospital.. at that time they feed my child by OG pipe more than 45 days... after that they game y child to my hands n told to start the palada feed again they discharged us when the baby is 2 months old.... so this he won't suck n lach d milk directly from breast... I have to express milk n have to feed... due to this I won't get milk more than 2-3 palada he consumes little more than that... so I want to improve my BM....rather than using the formula milk

A. To improve breastmilk supply, include foods like fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, oatmeal, brown rice, brown rice, wheat pasta, eggs, chicken, legumes, fennel seeds, broccoli and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to stimulate milk secretion. Latch the baby frequently as supply largely depends on demand.
