To improve breastmilk supply, include foods like fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, oatmeal, brown rice, brown rice, wheat pasta, eggs, chicken, legumes, fennel seeds, broccoli and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to stimulate milk secretion. Latch the baby frequently as supply largely depends on demand.
