Q.

Hii My BP is constantly low after c section today's BP reading is 108/55... what should I do for my better health I am feeling very sleepy all the day-long...

A. the blood pressure is slightly on the lower side it is advisable to drink plenty of water and also take rest and it is advisable to remaining contact with your doctor with proper examination

A. hii ma'am i feel very much tied now a days and pain in legs increase day by day.. is it because of low BP...how to get relief from it

A. hi you must keep your self well hydrated. drink around 3-4 litter water per day. drink nimbupani, coconut water,lassi etc more have Healthy diet please avoid taking processed oily spicy food. take adequate sleep
