hii... my baby is 3 months old.. m overweight nd have started using herbalife products for weight loss.. it is going to be 1 week... is it safe for the baby or shud i stop???

A. Dear mum, it is better to avoid having such weight loss products. Instead have a homemade healthy diet, eat mindfully and avoid junk foods. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.
