Q.
Hii..my baby is 2and half months old. I’m using overnight soaked fenugreek to increase my breast mil. will it effect my baby weight gain as fenugreek is known to reduce fat.

feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed.
If you're concerned, meet with a lactation consultant or your pediatrician.
