hii my baby got small water bubble on her knee and now it burst and got some fluid out what is this is it something serious please guide me she is six months old

A. nothing serious, just clean it with dettol liquid, apply Softramycin skin cream over it till it dries, dont apply bandage on or.. leave it open. . . .
