Hii mera weight abhi 65 kg hai muje meri abhi 1 year pahele hi 2 nd delivery hui hai to muje apna weight 58 kg karna hai. me regular yoga aur exercise karti hu to kya me lunch me 1 roti ke sath sabji aur dal chawal kha sakti hu. muje mera belly fat loss karna hai is liye proper gujarati diet puchh rahi hu

A. Yes you can eat as skipping meals is not a healthy way to reduce weight do eat nutritious and well balanced diet and Co to ur with your exercise sleep well just do one thing have your dinner around 7 pm and avoid binging after that
