Hi mom to loose weight u need to start exercising such as brisk walk yoga cycling swimming etc ... after 6 to 9 months of delivery u can start aerobic zumba etc after taking clearance from your doctor .. diet control along with this is must... avoid crunches sit ups planks running till 6 months ...

start with some exercise or yoga or brisk walking..
take care of diet..
have small frequent meals..
restrict sugar and sweet intake
avoid oil and spicy food
drink plenty of water.. prefer warm water..
