hii mam Mera baby 8 month ka h me baby ko brest feed deti hu meri problem ye h ki mera belly fat bilkul km nhi ho rha rha h kya me lemon honey warm water le skti hu usse baby ko koi problem to nahi hogi. mera baby toda week h mam slim h bilkul abhi mera baby 5 month ke baby jaisa h abhi bethta bhi nhi h baby k liye kuch btaye

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom belly fat time lagega , aap hope na chode aur bahut dieting na kare usse baby k feed par effect hoga , aur aap abhi joh lemon water le rahe hai woh continue kar sakte hai , thoda yoga , brisk walking kare help hoga .
Baby ko abhi semi solids introduce kare apne feed se alternate kare jaise ki ragi porridge ya suji ya multigrain mix , steamed and mashed vegetables vegetables such as potatoes , carrots , sweet potatoes etc , fruits like banana, chikku etc
