Q.

hii im mom of 2 month old baby..i had c section delivery so please suggest me from when i can do workout for my body???frm when i can do stomach yogas for slimming???

A. well if you had a c section then in that case yiy got yo wait for four more months before yiy start any kind of workout ok.that's tge best thing now

A. hello actually completely depends on your body nature initially 3 months is very much important to take rest please consult your doctor regarding this and you can start off with very slow exercises if you are comfortable enough consulting your doctor
