hii i have 11 months old baby boy, please suggest cold and dry cough syrup for my baby

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there cnould be associated symptoms like cough and fevber which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
