hii I had delivered my baby on 26 march,it's about 9 days with c section surgery.please tell me can I take pillow while sleeping????

Madam as far as I know pillow is not a problem in fact is very comfortable to sleep in if your doctor has not advised you to stop using fellow then there is no problem of pillows for you to use however you find it right putting under the head and some put it under the legs also
