hii,I am mom 2 children my younger child is 2year8month after that my periods are on time but too short,only I have bleeding only for 2 days and not heavy bleeding so plz help me what should I do ?

A. That's totally normal and no medication is needed to be taken for that just maintain proper health by proper nutritious diet and adequate water intake and whenever possible regular exercise or working
