Q.

hii everyone... I am a mom of 3 old baby boy ... last 3 to 4 days i consult a doctor regarding my breast and done a ultrasound of my breast. the doctor said that I have a multiple cystolic sole present in 12 o'clock position of breast.. and also everything is normal .. i found a lum type sometimes and sometimes nothing... is everything alright?? plz reply

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your breast with almond oil or olive oil twice a day and also give hot water compress massage after oiling. Already consulted with doctor and if doctor is satisfied then no need to get panic. Also have Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea as it is good for metabolism and skin. Take care
