My 4 month old baby has not pooped for last 3 days and he is gassy. only breast feeding. should I consult a doctor or can you suggest some remedies.

A. no need to consult ur doctor now, going even a week without having a bowel movement is ok. just continue breast feeding, If the baby is having gases or colics you can try Colicaid drops. Burp properly after each feeding
