Hii doctor my 3months son getting yellow pus in eyes he cannot open the eyes immediately we are cleaning with water then only he can open the eyes

A. hi, use toba eye drops, You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and cotton wool. Do massaging the tear duct area 2 to 3 time a day
