hii doctor mujhe mc ka problem hai matlab mc regular nahi mujhe ek 2years 9 month baby girl hai baby hone se pehle mc 3-4 mahine bad ata tha lekin ab mc ki goli khani padti hai tabhi aati aur uski vajah mujhe second chance nahi mil raha he aur c section bhi he aur mere me baby rahne ke liye jo anda rahta hai wo hi nahi ban pa raha hai maine bahut folic acid tablet le liya hai kuch bhi fark nahi hai kya babat conceive karne k liye hcg injection lena sahi hoga kya ?I am very confuse & tense hu plz suggest me

Make lifestyle changes as wellTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
