hii doctor iam a mother of 7 months daughter and my iam feeding her but my breast milk was not enough can u please suggest me some medicine or syrup or powder and and some food to good lactation

A. Yes, take Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. or preffer Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules1, it helps to increase lactation, take 1 tea spoon of it morning and night with hot or cold milk.

A. as your baby is seven months .. you can feed her homemade porridges for twice a day. which will be filling for the baby. for you to increase breast milk . use galact granules in milk , lactare tablets,lots and lots of garlic.

You can take Shatavari powder twice in a day that should help along with that also I would advise you that you should take more of proteins into your daily diet and as a good amount of water or other flew with you consume is also going to be very helpful for you because play a very important role proteins and green leafy vegetables are equally important
