Hii Doctor, i am 29 years old my weight 107 how should i decrese my weight plzz suggest what i have to eat morning,lunch,dinner times

A. You have to find some time for urself and start working out. Relying on diets or any other means of losing weight or controlling belly fat won't be effective. You can do ab exercises or yoga like bhujangasana or pavanmukthasana or Surya namaskar , situps on a regular basis along with a balanced and healthy diet avoiding junk foods.
