hii doc i gave birth on 4th nov 2021 by c sec when ca i start exercise to get back in shape as i have gained a lot of weight m currently breast feeding so i dnt want to go on diet

A. Hi, that's right, you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before starring any exercises routine.

A. Hi Women do get a lot of weight when they are pregnant and when they deliver but since you had a C-section you cannot go for exercising before 9 to 10 months because your internal stitches have to heal completely and after that only you can go for a dieting as well as of now you should concentrate on eating well and feeling well
