hii 16 month ki baby ko cold or nose running ke waqt coconut water de sakti hun.

Yes Coconut water has got nothing to do with it you can more certainly give it to the child but make sure that it is fresh coconut water not the packet one and the second thing should be that it should be precisely on room temperature not from refrigerator
