Hie! My baby is 2 month old I am giving a combination feeding Twice or thrice in a day is formula and rest time he is on breastfeed. But I don’t want my breastfeed supply to go low. I am having Shatavari once at night Should I consume Galact granules or continue with shatavari ?

It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. drink plenty of fluids, milk,
take protein rich food, nuts dates, oats, papaya as well
