Hi, we shifted home 1 week back because of which I had lift heavy weights and had to climb stairs N number of times with weight. I tested positive for pregnancy today. will it have any impact on pregnancy because of weight lifting and climbing stairs?

if you feel physically fit and not having any discomfort then it is ok
no problem.
but better to check with your gynecologist for once who can give right guidance after examining your health.
