Hi, we have started solids for my 6 month old but she refuses to eat. So how to encourage her to eat and make meal times fun. If i place a toy she is busy playing that and when i feed her spoon of meal she presses lips hard to refrain from eating. Any suggestions?

A. hi I think its just opposition to weaning so you need keep patience l stop giving semisoild food for few days now then after 3-4 days you may start giving it but try to understand your child hunger cues like putting fingers in mouth, and offer food when your child is hungry so he can accept it well
