Q.

Hi.. We have 4 months old baby boy...my wife is noticing insufficient milk for baby, please suggest best way to increase milk for breastfeeding..

A. Taking high-protein diet not only improves the quality but also quantity of the milk production. Also the mother should take lots and lots of water because dehydration can also reflect as less milk. Garlic oats spinach eggs meat all improve milk supplyWrite Your Answer Here

A. She You should have at least 7 to 8 L of water on an every day basis I am warm water is going to be good enough at least 2 L of warm water she should have and also try to have good fibre rich diet every day fruits and green leafy vegetables and also she can consult a doctor to start with lactation tablets
