Q.
Hi.. We have 4 months old baby boy...my wife is noticing insufficient milk for baby, please suggest best way to increase milk for breastfeeding..

She You should have at least 7 to 8 L of water on an every day basis I am warm water is going to be good enough at least 2 L of warm water she should have and also try to have good fibre rich diet every day fruits and green leafy vegetables and also she can consult a doctor to start with lactation tablets
