I have one month old baby and my milk is insufficient for my baby hence giving formula, how to increase milk supply to feed my baby

A. To increase breastmilk supply, include protein and other nutrient rich foods like fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, brown rice, oats, dry fruits, dalia, legumes, ghee, chicken, eggs, banana, avocado, paneer, curd, garlic, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
