Hi this is the mother of jaasritha.since 1 week my baby is not sleeping properly in night.even we tried not to sleep In the afternoon.that also doesn't work.can you please suggest how to make her sleep properly

A. good afternoonsleeping sschedule cannot be very tight even in adults. so try to maintain similar bedtimes, routine of getting ready for the bed. all members should sleep at that time
