Why is my child not sleeping properly in the night. he's always having disturbed sleep.

A. Hello my dear parent! Reduce the morning nap. Time of your child, if any. It is important to ensure the child is fully active all through the day. Give your child a well balanced, healthy diet and keep hydrated all day. Speak to your doctor for further assistance
