A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required. In children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperaturevf favourable for the child to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

A. Yes It is absolutely normal don’t worry about that the sleep pattern and cycle of the child keeps changing every 15 to 20 days so if your child is not sleeping well during the night time sometimes they could be due to light sleeping as well so try to cover the years of your child before you put your child to sleep
