Hi, This is phanisri from Vijayawada, I have an problem with my over weight after pregnancy, mainly the part is tummy and thiese . can you please suggest me how to reduce my weight.

A. To reduce weight after delivery, especially around stomach area, include protein and fiber rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning everyday.
