Q.
hi my son is 5 months and 12 days old he is rolling over but not flipping over rolling from back from tummy not tummy to back is this ok

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. that's fine sometimes rolling over can come after 4-5 months so no need to worry for that and it is not necessary that it should come early. many times the weight of the child is more and that also delays the rolling. if if the growth and weight of the child is within normal limits then no need to worry about it. just carry out regular massage and proper diet and the child will be fine in next few months

Yeah that’s alright once your child is able to reach one milestone of flipping one side then the other side will also happen gradually not to worry about it just give more of tummy time to the child and try to keep your child rotating with your hands sometimes the child is going to gain the strength to flip over
