Q.
hi team my 3year old girl having cough.she is a unable to sleep because mucus stuck in nose.she is breathing through mouth.could you please suggest?

Steam inhalation will help her in sleeping peacefully and apply few drops of eucalyptus oil close to her clothes or pillow keep head elevated and fir cough put few chopped onions in a jar and add one spoon honey then another layer of chopped onions then again honey and then again chopped onions and then honey and stopes it shake it well
Let it rest fir four hours then strain the liquid that should be given twice a day for coughing apply Vicks baby rub on chest back and dole of the feet
